Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Tentative bookings are held for a maximum of 14 days, after which they may be cancelled at the discretion of Management. A deposit of 10% is required at the time of confirmation of a group booking. The deposit is forfeit in the event of a cancellation within 60 days of the event. The deposit will be refunded in full if the cancellation is made prior to 60 days of the event date. The deposit will be credited to the final statement for the event at time of payment of final balance.
Having the proper number attending is paramount. We will require an approximate count at the time of booking and must be notified of the actual guaranteed attendees 21 days prior to the event. Should the numbers change, we are required to bill you for the guaranteed number or the number in attendance, whichever is greater. Final payment is due upon receipt of statement.

David’s Restaurant has a Catering Endorsement on its liquor license which permits our operations to supply and service products obtained by us and served by us at your catered function. Details and pricing available while booking.
Wine packages are available for groups pre-ordering 8 or more bottles of wine.
Gold Wine Pairing: The Show Cab Sauv & Charles & Charles Chardonnay - $47 each
Silver Wine Pairing: Trapiche Pure Malbec & Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc - $40 each
Bronze Wine Pairing: Masi Modello Delle Venezie Rosso & Bianco - $32 each

Please advise us of your intentions to decorate for your function. The use of confetti or rice is not permitted on Dover Coast. A cleaning charge of $200.00 will be levied to those parties who use confetti or rice. No Balloon Candles are permitted. We are happy to assist you with recommendations for your decorative, floral, or music arrangements, however we are not responsible for the set up of any of these listed.
Use of Other Rentals not Provided by us:
A flat rate fee of $500 will be assessed to any rental for administrative, supervision/storage & security and set up of rental items not provided by us.
Catering Set Up Options:
Basic drop off package: display, disposable cutlery and service vessels, napkins – No Charge
Deluxe set up package: china, cutlery, service vessels, linen napkins, linen buffet and staff member(s) to host – Add $8 each
Patio Rain Policy:
If inclement weather presents itself for any Lakeside Patio booking the default facility will be the Links at Dover Coast patio area.
Bride and Groom Tastings:
A complimentary tasting is provided to, confirmed wedding bookings, for the Bride and Groom. They consist of a maximum of 2 appetizers, 3 entrees and 1 dessert tasting of items related to their menu choice (subject to product availability). A fee of $20 per person will be charged for anyone other than the Bride and Groom. Tastings will be held at David’s Restaurant on Wednesday or Sunday from 2 pm until 4 pm only.
NOTES: In compliance with health regulations, customers or their guests may not remove
any food or beverage provided by David’s but not consumed at the Restaurant.
Dover Coast cannot be held responsible for any personal property or equipment brought
into any venue owned or operated by Dover Coast.
All rooms, patio and lawn areas including Courtyard are designated non-smoking.
